there was something more - something more intimate about them when the story started - though what I loved more about this book is because it didn’t only focuses on “romance” it was more on “How” Blue wanted to know who she really “is”, and changed for the better on what she became with her choices in the past.

Years passed and she was then a senior student, It was the first day of class - her young and new teacher at school takes a special interest in her-curious about what could behind her story and through the lessons in his classes he helps her find her self. Jimmy died and Blue was raised then by Jimmy’s half sister. she didn’t event start school until she was 10 making her older than everyone else - Her life was lived by guesses leaving her no sense of belonging no believes in anything making things unknown and complicated for her. She was Raised by a drifter whom she called Jimmy and has become her so called “dad” but she doesn’t really call her “Dad” she did a few times, though he was always “Jimmy” in her eyes. She came with no immunization records, no birth certificates, no address– nothing. She doesn’t remember her parents and doesn’t even know when she was born. She was abandoned by her mother at the age of 2, Blue grew up without knowing her real name or anything about her. This book has completely taken me into whole new level, it wasn’t fixated on the romance its focal point was in Blues’ life. Falling in love with someone who knows exactly who they are and exactly why they can’t love you back might be impossible. But falling in love can be hard when you don’t know who you are. It is the story of an unlikely friendship, where hope fosters healing and redemption becomes love. This is the story of a nobody who becomes somebody. Tough, hard and overtly sexy, she is the complete opposite of the young British teacher who decides he is up for the challenge, and takes the troublemaker under his wing. With no mother, no father, no faith, and no future, Blue Echohawk is a difficult student, to say the least.
